Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
All apparel is made to order, so we cannot refund or exchange any apparel item (e.g., shirts) if the item does not fit. In other words, we do not keep an inventory of apparel items, so there is no stock from which to exchange an item. For this reason, we provide a sizing chart for each item in order to help you make the best decision regarding size.
If the wrong size was sent to you (e.g., you ordered a large but received a medium), then simply email us at email@example.com with an attached photo showing the label and size, and we’ll have the correct size shipped to you ASAP. You don’t need to ship the original shirt back.
Damaged or Missing Items
If an item you received was damaged in the shipment (e.g., a mug), missing a piece, or misprinted, then email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with an attached photo showing the damage, and we’ll have a replacement shipped to you ASAP.
We cannot refund for wrong sizes or buyer’s remorse, but we will refund for the items mentioned above if you choose not to have a replacement shipped to you. Just contact us at email@example.com for refunds.
