Q&A with Mac & C. J.
In the Q&A segment, C. J. and Mac answer:
1. If I wanted introductory handgun training for my family, how would I determine the competence of the available instructors in my area given Mac’s occasionally including such instructors in his Douche Zone reports?
2. What are the top 5 times you heard a band for the first time and thought, “This is a game changer in my musical taste
immediately? Band and song.
3. I’m high school teacher and starting up a club for young men developing life skills. What’s the most badass and/or necessary skill or idea that I should impart to them as they become adults?
4. What can you do when you have a clear vision of where you want to be (business or personal), but can’t find the path to execute?
5. What is your favorite older metal band album and what is your favorite newer metal band album?
6. Mac, how long did you prep for the SFAS long walk?
7. How do you let go of past grudges? I’m in my mid-30s and everything from bullies to past relationships still bother me.
8. Bodybuilding vs crossfit. People say crossfit is bad because you sacrifice form when reps are so fast. What does Mac think? I’m a police officer who wants to incorporate both styles.
9. How do you “keep your cool” and not lose patience? I’m a husband and father and life can get hectic and out of balance.
10. For Mac, I’m a busy dad, but I need to work on my gun handling. Since my time is limited, what are the best drills to run when I’m at the range, and what are the best to run when I’m at home?
12. If present day Commando and Preacher could go back and talk to 17 year-old Commando and Preacher, what would you say? It could be serious or funny.
